What a such great stay, no complaints. It features new-fashioned rooms with the sofa, a fridge, as example. Enjoyed quick check-in and efficient check-out. The location is easy, 3 km from The Port Theater. This quiet hotel is set in a great area.

The hotel offers great meal in the morning with scrambled eggs sausages and bacon, for example.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the room with a queen bed was clean and comfortable, complete with a coffeemaker and fridge.

I didn't like that they put a hold for $400 on my credit card when the total bill (including taxes) came to only $268.00. If that is their policy it should be stated "up front" on their website when making a booking. Even though the extra money is released when you pay your bill - - it takes two business days for the credit card company to release the money - - so in fact it is depriving you of access to that additional $132.00. It didn't seem right. Also there is no elevator and we had to lug our stuff up the stairs to the second floor.

We were travelling and needed a place in Cornwall. This hotel was comfortable, clean, affordable and breakfast was great. People were very friendly and helpfull.

This place is conveniently located near Ontario with easy access to various restaurants and shops.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk clerk was courteous and upbeat , despite the late time when we've arrived.

It was difficult to get the luggage to the second floor. The hotel does not have an elevator.

driveway sign needs to be better. it does not direct to back and you cant see it at night, we drove around circle 3 times
